The mention of first settlers is registered in Protivanov´s data record registry office (where Se? initially belonged) in 1718. One of the first settlers was Mr. Elias Macek with his wife, Martina, and son, Mathyas, who were the owners of farmhouse number 4.
The Macek's family connected trough marriage to Mr. Martin Trunda's family 130 years later. This man started to build up the inn (number 35) next to the path, he had to break the rock with his hands to build up the inn. The work took him two years. Mrs. Anna Trundova took care of the masons and bricklayers. She baked every week many loaves of breads to feed all the workers, even the carpenters. It was a very demanding job, so she sometimes had to refresh herself with a drop of alcohol.
Mr. and Mrs. Trunda built up two flats for the two daughters of theirs. The flats got their own number 42. Their son Josef, born March 15th, 1860 at number 18, Se? inherited the inn after his father's death in 1883. He carried on until 1919 and then he sold the inn to his niece Marie Greplova. She made some big repairs on it.
At that time the whole village lived a really rich cultural and social life. There were wedding parties held, people danced and played dramas. The inn was very well known for the "high society" guests from the entire neighbourhood.
The inn was run yet till 1947. The inn was closed 1948-1993, and it was slowly deteriorating. Mr. and Mrs. Zedník started the complete reconstruction in 1994.These days the guest house is carrying the tradition of restaurant, catering and accommodation services.
